Marina Sossi presents a workshop for adults

The workshop takes you through a step-by-step process, releasing tension and energising the body, then exploring movement and vocal expression to stimulate a spontaneous and natural state of playfulness. Improvisation games and clowning exercises follow, offering permission to be silly, have fun, and step into the spotlight.

Finding your inner clown unmasks and liberates us from the weight of being grown up, challenging our limitations and overcoming creative blocks into a flow state.

If you are curious and ‘would never usually try anything like this’, it’s definitely for you. Belly laughs and magic moments guaranteed!
